I’ve been passionate about movement since childhood — always drawn to staying active and exploring my limits. After school, I pursued a dual study degree in Sports Economics at the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention & Gesundheitsmanagement in Stuttgart, where I also helped design training courses for future personal trainers.
A year later, driven by my curiosity about the human body, I qualified as a physiotherapist at Ludwig Fresenius Schools in Marburg. This expanded my expertise in mobility, posture, and functional movement — helping me create balanced, body-friendly training plans.
With 10 years of experience, I know that health isn’t just about workouts — it’s about finding balance between strength, nourishment, and joy. I’ve experienced the frustration of hormonal imbalances and burnout myself, which is why I now take a holistic, supportive approach to helping women thrive.
